🔁 Returns & Replacements

  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a full refund or a replacement.

  • In cases where only part of the product is damaged or missing, we may offer a partial refund or resend the missing component.

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and must include photo or video evidence of the issue.

🚚 Non-Delivery or Delays

  • If your order is significantly delayed (more than 45 days for domestic or 60 days for international shipments), we will issue a refund or replacement.

  • If tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, you may be asked to provide a non-delivery certification from your local post office.

❌ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund if they haven't been processed or shipped.

  • Some made-to-order items (e.g., personalized or print-on-demand products) cannot be canceled after payment.
